Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file to add many products at once. Required columns: Product Name, Category, Level, Price. Optionally choose the actual image files for the products too — match each one to a row using the "Image Filename" column (e.g. a row with wild-honey.jpg will use the photo file named exactly that).

Orders paid via Razorpay are marked Paid automatically once the server verifies the payment. Use Mark as Paid for offline payments (bank transfer, cash on delivery).

Each level tells you which lab checks a product has. Bronze covers basic nutritional facts. Silver covers polyphenols, antioxidants and MDA. Gold covers pesticides, heavy metals and microbiological safety. Platinum covers authenticity (no adulteration). Diamond covers ethical sourcing.
Open My orders. Each order shows Placed, Shipped and Delivered, with dates, as it moves.
Paid orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Go to My orders, choose Request return, pick the items and the reason. You can follow the request in Returns & refunds.
We review each return request. Once it's approved and the refund is processed, its status changes to Refunded in Returns & refunds.
Payments are confirmed automatically once Razorpay verifies them. If an order still shows payment pending, send us a message below with that order selected and we'll check it.
Go to Account settings, enter the new number, and confirm it with the OTP we send to that number.
No. You enter payment details in Razorpay's secure checkout, and MA Omics doesn't save them.
